個人情報保護方針

　WAO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.（以下、当社といいます）は、個人情報保護法を遵守して、お客様の個人情報を正確かつ機密に取り扱うこと、並びに不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏洩等から個人情報を保護することは、当社の重要な責務であると認識しております。
　当社の役員・従業員のすべてが、この「個人情報保護方針」を理解し、個人情報の一層の保護に対して不断の努力を続けてまいります。
 

  1. 個人情報保護に関する法令及びその他の規範を遵守します。
     

  2. 個人情報の収集、利用及び提供を行うにあたり適切な措置を講じます。
    当社はお客様からの個人情報を無断で収集・利用することはありません。
    また、お客様からの同意を得た場合でも、利用目的を特定した上、同意を得た目的の範囲内のみで使用し、委託された個人情報については委託元との契約により定められた利用目的の範囲内のみで使用します。
    個人情報の処理を外部に委託する場合は当社の厳正な管理のもとで行うものとします。
    なお、当社においてはお客様の同意なしに個人情報を外部に提供することはありません。
     

  3. 個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏洩等、個人情報に関するリスクに対して、合理的な安全対策を講ずると共に、万一の発生時には速やかな是正対策を実施します。
     

  4. 個人情報に関する問い合わせ窓口を設置し、お客様ご本人からの個人情報の照会・修正等に適切に対応いたします。
     

  5. 個人情報保護のためのコンプライアンス・プログラムを制定し、その継続的見直しと改善を通じて個人情報の適切な管理の維持に努めてまいります。

LTD. complies with the Protection of Personal Information and recognize that handling personal information of customers accurately and confidentially and protecting personal information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. are our important responsibilities.

 

All officers and employees of us shall understand this Privacy Policy and continue to make continuous efforts to further protect personal information.

 

  1. We complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and regulations.
     

  2. We will take appropriate measures to collect, use and provide personal information.
    We do not collect or use personal information from you without permission.
    Even when we obtain consent from you, we use such information within the scope of its purpose of use, and don’t use any such information in excess of such scope.
    When we outsource the processing of personal information, we will do so under our strict management.
    In addition, we do not provide personal information to the outside without your consent.
     

  3. We take reasonable safety measures against risks related to personal information such as unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information, and implement corrective measures promptly in the event of an emergency.
